Audi Electric Car – New Generation Audi Cars
New Audi Electric Cars
Audi, one of the most important automotive companies in the world, continues to progress in electric cars. German company Audi aims to produce 20 electric cars by 2025. The new Audi e-Tron 2019 family is a concept car series where Audi has produced electric and hybrid cars since 2009. Audi electric car has models as Audi e-Tron gt, Audi e-Tron Quattro.
Audi did not reach the targeted sales figures with e-Tron at first, but over time, the e-Tron family has managed to slightly increase Audi’s overall sales volume. Ignoring the upward acceleration, Audi will launch a series of new electric vehicles, including production models of the Q4 e-Tron and e-Tron GT concept models.
20 New Audi Electric Car Models Will Be Offered By 2025
According to the news of AutoExpress, the German car manufacturer wants to drive 20 electric vehicles to the market by 2025. According to these claims, the vast majority of the models that Audi will offer will be high-end cars, and accordingly, the prices will be a bit high, but it is said that there will be affordable options among these 20 vehicles.
Hatchback Model With an Affordable Price is Coming
One of these eligible models is expected to have a price tag of about $ 35,000. This car will likely be a small hatchback model. Audi will partner with many parts of the car with ID 3 to cut costs while making these electric cars. Two of these 20 models will lean on Volkswagen’s MEB architecture.
The new electric hatchback model is expected to rank higher than ID 3. Instead of the 45 kWh battery included in ID 3, this new hatchback model will offer two different battery options of 58 and 77 kWh. Thanks to these batteries, the car can travel between 400 and 515 kilometers on a single charge.
The release of the hatchback model may take 2021 years. The new hatchback model, which will offer an electric motor option from the front, will have four-wheel drive features. Another change, according to the report, is that Audi’s performance model R8 will be replaced by a fully electric model. а
